The Weekly Roundup October 12 - 16

This week on the roundup: It's all about the network. Change is upon us, big news, conference updates, evenings of growth, new members, launches, and more!

For the first time, this week will be all about the IPBN Highlights of the week.

Here's what we have in store for you:

We are pleased to launch our newly redesigned website, marking an exciting new chapter for a network that continues to strengthen business connections between Ireland and Portugal. With a streamlined design, clearer messaging, and a more intuitive structure, the new website has been built around the needs of our members and the organisations looking to connect, collaborate, and grow across both markets.

The project has been led by IPBN Board Member Richard Hickson, CEO and founder of Apricot.ie, working closely with General Manager Arnold Delville, Marketing and Content Manager Ellis Dixon, and the IPBN Board of Directors. Drawing on his experience across design, programming, and digital platforms, Richard has helped translate the network’s mission into a more cohesive online experience, bringing the IPBN’s people, partnerships, events, and opportunities into sharper focus. The result is a modern platform designed to reflect the quality of the network today and support its ambitions for the future.

As Richard puts it, “The goal was to build a website that does more than tell people what the IPBN is. It should make it easier for members to see the value of being part of the network, discover opportunities, and connect with the people and organisations that can help them grow across Ireland and Portugal. It has been a pleasure to work with the IPBN team to bring that vision to life.”
