IPBN member Daniel Coelho says the €3.4 billion investment in 2019 by new foreign or Portuguese residents who have been out will produce a total impact of almost €21 billion by the end of 2023, which, according to a study by the Portuguese Resort Association, is seven times higher than the purchase of the property.
