This week, the IPBN would like to highlight two important charity projects from two IPBN members: Otonomee in Lisbon and Vendici Properties in the Algarve: First, Otonomee Fundraising in aid of the CUH dedicated Children’s Emergency Department. Otonomee teams will walk, run, cycle a virtual ‘Portuguese Camino’ from Lisbon to Santiago de Compostela, 620Km. Second, Vendici Properties is delighted to support the fully accessible 'Cycle the Algarve' event this May (2nd-8th) in aid of Spinal Injuries Ireland and the IRFU Charitable Trust! People of all levels of experience & ability are welcome.

IPBN member Millimetre Design's rejuvenation of Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate is the epitome of luxury and modern-day comforts combined. They posted, "Working with the amazing team at MHL Hotel Collection since 2016, it has been an incredible journey to transform the interiors of this wonderful 18th Century building."

IPBN member Xotigo says, "It is so satisfying to see that our Xotigo Sales Management suite meets the needs of so many automotive suppliers. Customer success is the best reward for all the team's efforts to design, develop and continuously improve a best-practice solution."

IPBN member Derek Butler from GRID Finance is absolutely delighted and honored to have John join their great team. It is a new phase at GRID and they can't achieve their ambitious goals without people of John's caliber and experience. The company worked very closely on GRID's SME Recovery campaign in 2020!

IPBN member TE Connectivity reported their Q1 financial results: "Our strong first-quarter performance reflects the diversity of our portfolio and our global team’s ability to execute and deliver sales and EPS growth that exceeded our expectations. We continue to experience a strong global demand environment and our first-quarter sales growth was driven by strong sales performance in our Industrial and Communications segments." Additionally, TE Connectivity is very pleased to be named as one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality and pledge to use this recognition as inspiration to continuously improve and adapt their inclusion and diversity initiatives.

IPBN member Andreia Jotta at Yunit Consulting asks if you would like to work in the area of business management consulting. Yunit Consulting is recruiting an Intern for the role of Technician assistant of the Systems and Processes Directorate.

IPBN member Lazer says that just as their super-fast Internet keeps reaching new places, their brilliant team keeps growing! They’re currently looking for new colleagues to join their Sales department in their offices in Vilamoura and Albufeira.

IPBN partner Start Up Lisboa and the new Hub Criativo do Beato say that despite another atypical year, in 2021 the Creative Hub of Beato did not lower its arms. One year was filled by the completion of the infrastructure works, the continuation of the works of A Praça and Factory Lisbon, and the revelation and start-up of the works of the future innovation center of Claranet Portugal.
