As leaders, we are tasked with making decisions for the future and guiding our teams through difficult times. So how do we do that? And how, in turn, do we take better care of each other, including those we lead, manage or influence?

We held the first IPBN Masterclass of 2023 entitled "Wellbeing in the Workplace" with IPBN member and Leadership and Wellness Coach Brendan O'Neill on Thursday January 19 via Zoom at 10h to 11h to delve into this subject with the guidance of an expert in the field. 

As Brendan told the IPBN, “Our world is filled with uncertainty and complexity, especially in recent times with the Covid pandemic, the conflict in Ukraine, and the ongoing issue of climate change. These challenges can cause feelings of helplessness, fear, and anxiety, which can negatively impact our mental health, well-being, confidence, and effectiveness."

This Masterclass provided our members with a simple framework and some practical tools to better navigate these turbulent times.
