The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Ireland Portugal Business Network will be held on Thursday, April 13 2023, at 11h30 at our Executive partner PwC's offices in Lisbon. Please register here to attend!

The agenda below outlines the topics for discussion and we invite all members to join us so they can voice their opinions, ideas, and feedback on what the network has been doing over the last year and what is in store for the year ahead. 

AGENDA

• Review of the Activities of the Association in 2022
• Approve the Financial Statements of the year ended 31st of December 2022
• Approve the Budget for the Board for the year 2023
• Elect new members of the Association
• Re-elect members to the Board of Directors
• Re-elect the Chair of the Board of Directors
• Re- elect a Fiscal Board

Under the terms of article 175 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, fifty percent of the members present shall be required to constitute the quorum for the Annual General Meeting.

Failing to obtain the quorum, the Annual General meeting shall convene half an hour after the first appointed time, at which time those members present shall constitute the quorum.
