The Ireland Portugal Business Network, in accordance with the Deed of Constitution of the Association dated 18th December 2007, hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Lisbon at the IPBN member Hotel Plaza Lisboa on Thursday April 16, 2026 from 1000 to 1130.

We invited all our members to join us and were looking  forward to hearing from you. 

Under Article 175, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, at least 50 percent of the members present are required to constitute a quorum for the AGM. If this quorum is not met, the meeting will reconvene 30 minutes later, at which point the members present shall constitute the quorum.

• Election of new Association members
• Re-election of members and election of new Board of Directors members
