IPBN Partner Algarve Biomedical Centre celebrated the success of the 4th edition of the Mama em Movimento Solidarity Race and Walk! "On the 25th of October, 330 participants came together at MAR Shopping Algarve, in Loulé, for an extremely important cause for us - the fight against breast cancer. Organized by ABC, in partnership with the Algarunners Sports Association, MAR Shopping Algarve, the Algarve Oncological Association, and the Portuguese League Against Cancer – Southern Regional Nucleus (LPCC-NRS), the event provided a morning full of energy, solidarity, and sharing. Participants could choose the 6K walk or 10K run/trail — every step counts!

IPBN member Pedro Henriques at BRIDGE IN says, "AI is everywhere, but not where it should be. While AI-generated images and videos capture our attention, I'm hopeful its most profound impact will be found elsewhere. AI can improve healthcare access through automated medical diagnoses, and streamline housing construction with robots, just to name a few. I believe this isn't just about technological progress, it's about human survival. I remain a tech-optimist and wrote my thoughts in my latest LinkedIn article."
