IPBN member Finangeste invests €25 million in property in Parque das Nações. "Finangeste, in partnership with an international investor, is carrying out the refurbishment of two buildings for office space located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, with a global investment of around €25 million euros. The project, called “Verde Parque”, is part of the company’s strategy of creating value for urban assets, combining efficiency, sustainability and urban regeneration."

IPBN Partner Fundacao Livraria Lello celebrated its 1 year of the Monastery of Leça do Balio! "Between June 2024 and June 2025, the Northern Region saw the birth of a new centre of culture, education and reflection, the Monastery of Leça do Balio. Rehabilitated with the signature of Álvaro Siza Vieira and Sidónio Pardal, a national monument was returned to the community, now renovated as a meeting space between heritage, art and contemporary thought. Throughout this first year, the Monastery welcomed more than 25 thousand visitors, dozens of cultural events and educational projects with a real impact on the territory.
