Not only can unit owners find onsite help renting out their units, but they can also rely on the property managers to pay their bills, hook up their Wi-Fi, and deal with other headaches associated with home ownership.

The Quinta features 89 contemporary luxury units consisting of 17 Villas, 32 Apartments, and 40 Townhouses. According to Clair, "The standard here is quite high and that’s the way we intend to keep it by including our concierge services.” The average rental will be about 2K to 3K a week in the high season, which seems an excellent return when you consider that a two-bedroom apartment on the premises starts at 595K.

The final building and landscaping phase is set to be completed in 2026.
