C-MORE | Beyond the Obvious is a tech company which allows companies of any size and country to assess its ESG Maturity level. We are a female-founded tech for good company. At C-More, we assess through our ESG Maturity (our SaaS), and we deliver. We translate sustainability into business.

We are organised as a network of tech consultants and a multidisciplinary team with more than 15 years of experience in social, business and sustainable economic development.

Our consultants work(ed) for globally recognised organizations and studied in best-in-class programs in institutions such as: IMD Business School, Financials and Stewardship for Non-Profits at Harvard; Entrepreneurship, Social Impact and Innovation at the United Nations University for Peace; Positive Psychology at the University for Peace; Seth Godin MBA, IHCOS Humanistic Coaching; and Business Sustainability Management at Cambridge University.

Carolina is the 2021 Portuguese Tech Award Winner in the category Sustainability & Climate Change Activist and received the Women Economic Forum "Iconic Women Creating a Better World" Award from the World Economic Forum in March 2019. She is currently doing her research about Human Rights and leading her company C-MORE.
