Intro – IPBN Roadshow Ireland 2026
We are pleased to be in Belfast on February 24 for a morning session dedicated to “Doing Business in Portugal and Ireland.”
This informative event will take place at the Glandore Arthur Place office from 4 to 6pm and will feature Irish IPBN members who are already established in Portugal or operating between both countries, alongside our Academic Partners based in Portugal. Together, they will share practical insights and real business success stories.
The IPBN is partnering with key local business organisations and chambers, who will tell us about doing business in Belfast and whose members are invited to learn about "Doing business in Portugal" and join the discussion.
Throughout the morning, we will highlight the strong synergies between Ireland and Portugal — particularly in sectors where shared strengths create ideal conditions for collaboration. Ireland’s world-class tech ecosystem and Portugal’s competitive operating environment make the two markets highly complementary and full of opportunity.
The event is designed as a comprehensive introduction for companies considering reciproqual expansion. Participants will gain valuable insights, essential contacts, and first-hand guidance from experts who are already doing business in and between both countries.
For the Belfast edition, we are delighted to collaborate with key local partners, including:
Belfast City Council
Invest NI - a delegation of Invest Northern Ireland client companies were in Porto March 2025, participating in the "Leadership Team Ambition to Scale" Programme at the Porto Business School
NI Chamber
Queen’s University Belfast Innovation Hub and Business School
IPBN members FinTrU and Glandore, both of whom have offices in Belfast
We will also be joined by IPBN Chair Geoffrey Graham, members of the Board, and our Executive and Academic Partners, who will share their cross-border experience.
A special thank you to IPBN member Glandore for hosting us and helping make this event possible.
