In this new IPBN Masterclass which took place via Zoom on Friday, September 15 at 10h, we learnt about B2B Real Estate and Investment Opportunitiesin Portugal with Patricia Casaburi and Rafael Sena from IPBN member Global Citizen Solutions.
Patricia and Rafael gave us a brief overview of each region (North, Center, and the Algarve) in Portugal, sharing expert analysis, important tips on investments, and more.

Patricia Casaburi - CEO at Global Citizen Solutions
Patricia Casaburi has an LLB from the University of Law, in London and; her specialties include legal lead liaison in commercial law and immigration. With an added bonus of a bachelor’s degree in media studies and journalism, she built expert sales and operations teams, with knowledge of the best communication practices.
As a Brazilian national, with Italian and Lebanese grandparents, Patricia knew from an early age what it meant to be global. Patricia worked in London, UK in account management for an international group before founding Global Citizen Solutions.
Rafael Sena - Country Manager at Goldcrest Real Estate
Rafael Sena is a Civil Engineer, with more than ten years of industry experience in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. An innovative leader from a young age, he was a co-founder and president of businesses associations in Brazil, which led him to be selected as one of 20 young Brazilians for a training and leadership program (YLAI), sponsored by the US Department of State in 2017.
As Country Manager, Rafael has contributed to the implementation of processes, platforms, and tools for Goldcrest and has been a key driver in sales and customer and partner management.
