We'd like to remind you of the 19th edition of ART&TUR that will take place in Ovar, Portugal, from October 27 to 30, 2026. Over four days, the festival will bring together participants from several countries to celebrate the best films dedicated to destinations and travel experiences. ART&TUR demonstrates how audiovisual media can be a powerful tool for territorial promotion. Promotional films and tourism documentaries help convey the identity, heritage, and unique experiences of each destination.

Since 2022, more than 200 films from various editions of ART&TUR have been analysed for possible inclusion on TAP’s onboard entertainment platform. Over 70 films have been selected and shown to passengers during flights.

You can send you application here and you can find more information of the Festival on their website here.

We published a brand new podcast with Elaine Godley, the founder of The DISCPlus Academy that is truly fascinating. After more than 30 years in senior business leadership, Elaine now helps leaders and coaches understand the powerful connection between behaviour, performance, and health. Her work was shaped not only by her corporate career but also by her personal experience overcoming serious illness, including a rare kidney disease and stage 4 cancer. Today, she teaches organisations how to build resilient teams, prevent burnout, and create healthier workplace cultures. In this conversation, we'll explore why people behave differently at work, how authenticity can help prevent burnout, why leaders and team members often seem to speak different languages, and what Elaine has learned from her own extraordinary health journey.
