Visit to the Impresa Group new office

The Ireland Portugal Business Network was delighted to take members on an exclusive tour of Portuguese media conglomerate Grupo Impresa newly renovated headquarters in Paço de Arcos.

Earlier this year the Impresa Building underwent a major €10million overhaul, adding thousands of square foot to centralise the group's brands and employees. The sensitive project took two years to complete and was managed by new IPBN member and national construction sector consultancy AGREEN - FULL CYCLE BUILDING MANAGEMENT. Further work involved the installation of world-class data centres in order to manage the media group's major output along with a fully automated facilities management system to drive energy efficiency across the huge site, housing more than 800 people.

AGreen continues to manage the building as part of its 'full-cycle building management' offering. Special thank you to Pedro Barata and Ivo Lemos from AGreen for organising the site tour and IPBN chair of the Board of Directors Aoife Healy and Board members Susan Cabeceiras and Sam Pinnington and IPBN member David Cardoso from VerdeOeste for their presence and input.
