The five units of IPBN member Hoteis Heritage Lisboa have just received the Loved by Guests 2021 award in the Boutique Hotels category by the popular online travel site Hotels.com. This award is based on the number of reviews and high scores from customers who have stayed at the hotels.
The Hotels.com travel site was founded in 1991 in the United States and offers more than 325,000 different accommodations in over 19,000 destinations ranging from independent hotels to major hotel chains.
It’s no wonder this group snatched up the coveted award: each of the Heritage Hotels has characteristics that make it entirely unique as each has its own personality with a high value set on its history in the context of Lisbon. As all of the five Portuguese family-owned hotels within the group are set in old houses or historic buildings, guests feel pampered in the midst of intimate environments, where no detail goes overlooked to highlight the connection to the city's culture. Old-world traditions are cherished by the service and decor, contrasted by a firm grasp of modern comfort and security.
