Soraia Santos is the first Nest Seekers' broker based in the South of Portugal and the Algarve Manager. Soraia has started her real estate career more than 18 years ago in the area known as the Golden Triangle (Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago) in Central Algarve, Portugal.

Her goal has always been to help buyers find their ideal home according to their dream lifestyle, and help sellers to sell their properties at the fairest market value in the shortest time.
Her successful career derives from the personalised approach to each client's unique needs and desires, and her award is the continuous referrals from her past clients and friends.

Soraia is fluent in Portuguese and English. She also speaks French, Spanish, Italian, has some knowledge of German and can even greet you in Japanese.

She's originally from Lisbon and moved to the Algarve to follow her dream University degree in Marine Biology. In her short, yet loving biology career, she has worked in the Brazilian Amazon with manatees, caimans and the pink river dolphin, lived in Okinawa, Japan to work with coral reefs, and back to the Algarve she worked with seaweeds.
She also attended a post graduation in Environmental Tourism, as she loves nature and outdoor activities.

Around the middle of her 18 years’ real estate career, Soraia decided to take a pause, and has had a 2 years' experience as a Flight Attendant for a private airline, following another of her passions, flying and travel!
