We’re hiring | Training & Quality Coordinator
We’re looking for a Training & Quality Coordinator to join our design studio and support the way we work — behind the scenes, but central to everything we do.
This role is about bringing clarity, consistency, and care to our studio: supporting onboarding and training, maintaining quality standards, and helping to ensure the foundations of our work are as considered as the spaces and brands we design.
If you’re highly organised, detail-led, and enjoy supporting creative teams through thoughtful systems and processes, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
– Coordinating onboarding and training
– Supporting studio standards and quality processes
– Keeping documentation, resources, and records in great shape
– Working closely with designers, project teams, and studio leadership
We’re looking for someone who:
– Has strong organizational and communication skills
– Enjoys working in a design-led environment
– Values craft, consistency, and continuous improvement
– Brings a calm, considered approach to a busy studio
Location: Ongar, Dublin 15 - Hybrid
Contract: Full-time / Part-time
