June 27, 2023, online via Zoom, the IPBN was pleased to invite its members to another Masterclass on the topic of Introduction to Project Management for Entrepreneurs with the IPBN Business Success Award Winner 2023 Rachael Milne of Aspira.

Rachael explained how best to formalize your Project Management skills through key concepts, processes, and tools used in Agile Project Management including stakeholder analysis and communications, risk management, and more. This Masterclass was based on the Project Management Institute’s PMP® certification, which is the gold standard in project management.

Rachael Milne’s career spans 20+ years in the fields of resourcing, project management, training, and education. Her experience in Business Process Optimisation and Continuous Improvement in Projects using agile methodologies recently allowed her to set up the operations for IT Nearshore services in Portugal. Based in Lisbon, Rachael is responsible for the delivery and optimization of human resources across Europe.
