The Ireland Portugal Business Network, in accordance with the Deed of Constitution of the Association dated 18th December 2007, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Lisbon at the Hotel Locke de Santa Joana on Thursday, 10 April 2025, from 11h30 to 1pm. The meeting was followed by lunch at the Hotel. 

Under Article 175, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, at least 50 percent of the members present are required to constitute a quorum for the AGM. If this quorum is not met, the meeting will reconvene 30 minutes later, at which point the members present shall constitute the quorum.
