MadeIn Web is Tailor-Made to Make a Mark

Innovation and Digital Transformation Done Right

Faro-native Carlos Justino moved from Portugal to Brazil in 2010 on the heels of the 2008 economic crisis and has recently returned on the heels of the global pandemic. His timing, it seems, couldn’t be better, as he found success in São Paolo and is bringing what he knows back to the motherland when we need it most. “I moved to Brazil to develop my skills in tech. I knew I had to leave in order to learn, as Brazil was, and still is to a degree, many years in front of Europe when it comes to technology.”

While in São Paolo, Brazil, Justino founded a MKT agency and then partnered up with Madein Web e Mobile, which has now been in the market for over 20 years. It currently employs over 100 people in its Brazilian HQ. Justino summed up his successful endeavor by saying, “In 2016, my current business partner invited me to partner up, and since then, we have been growing the company 30% annually.” The company specializes in technology, building apps, software, websites, and more, with a focus on the corporate market, but what sets them apart from competitors is their ability to tailor their offerings to solve problems that are specific to each company with whom they work.

Alongside their work in digital marketing and data-driven marketing and matched with a business partner that takes care of the user experience (UX) side of things, Madein Web e Mobile is a one-stop-shop for all things relating to branding and supporting today’s myriad digital platforms. Justino said, “We take your product or service and bring it to the public, helping you achieve your goals early on. We run end-to-end, creating, building, and marketing the experience, and now we’ve brought the company to Portugal. It’s just me here since September, and I’m doing whatever I can to reach new clients and introduce our services to companies who could use our help.”

According to Justino, “the laws and taxes [in Europe] can be cruel to small businesses and startups, so Portugal has a long way to go to become the next Silicon Valley. However, we have a great thing going in terms of foreign talent that loves the climate and quality of life here, to Portugal is already providing the beginnings of an environment that is welcoming to growth in tech.”

Justino went on to say that it hasn’t been easy-going for tech and marketing companies like his after the pandemic, as meeting the large markets that have the necessity for their services are trying to cut back expenses, seemingly, in all the wrong places. That’s why networks like the IPBN are necessary, and a great place to start reaching the right ears at the right time. If you feel your business is in need of a digital transformation, MadeIn Web might be the right place to start. The results will speak for themselves.

Carlos Justino will be presenting at the IPBN's Member-Meet-Member in the Algarve on Thursday, November 11, 2021, and will be ready to answer any questions you may have. Please plan to join us if you will be in the area by registering at the above link.
