I am a UK-registered psychotherapist and counselling lecturer, originally from Ireland and now based in Vilamoura, Portugal. I support adults, adolescents, and couples with a wide range of issues including anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, and hidden disabilities.
My therapeutic style is integrative and person-centred, blending clinical knowledge with compassion, deep listening, and emotional intuition. As a member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and the British Psychological Society (MBPsS), I work ethically and professionally, tailoring support to each client’s needs.
Alongside traditional in-room sessions, I offer walking and talking therapy — a powerful way to explore thoughts and feelings while moving outdoors. Many clients find this enhances their sense of wellbeing, helping them connect more freely and reflect more deeply in the natural environment.
I also provide training for workplaces in emotional wellbeing, empathic leadership, and reflective practice.
