Nessa Sheehy is an Irish Expat working as a Real Estate Professional in Portugal with a Masters in Real Estate from the globally accredited Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She worked for several years in the property sector in Ireland where she sold and managed properties at all levels, from high- end residential to mid-level value investments.

Holding a degree in Interior Architecture has allowed her to work on both commercial and residential projects from the initial stage of design through to completion throughout her career. She is an accomplished sales manager who has gained experience working in target-driven environments and a proven ability to manage highly complex sales with multiple contact points.

She is consultative in nature with keen listening skills and has the ability to work with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Nessa is based in the Algarve and works with international clients to assist in property investment, sales, and relocation to Portugal. In her spare time, she loves to run, play padel tennis and soak up the wonderful lifestyle in Portugal.
