I work with Software Development Organisations to help establish and mature Agile practices, SW development processes and embed Continuous Improvements Cultures. I also deliver Agile Training, facilitate Agile/Continuous Improvement workshops and work with individual clients as an Executive Coach.

I am both energetic and enthusiastic and I bring positive energy to every project I work on, without exception. I have worked in the IT industry for 20+ years, with extensive experience in both technical, project and management roles. Most recently, I have been leading Global large scale Agile & Lean Transformation Projects.

I am an accomplished leader with experience of managing globally distributed teams, coupled with extensive analyst and implementations experience, with a proven ability to solve complex business and technical problem and lead teams of analysts on large global complex projects.
