As the Site Lead at FinTrU, I am responsible for establishing and growing the company's presence in Porto, Portugal, where we provide high-quality and cost-effective solutions to the global financial sector. With close to 20 years of experience in human resources, I have a strong track record of leading and developing teams, managing performance, and fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
My mission is to attract, retain, and empower the best talent in the market, and to support them in their professional and personal growth. I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise in organizational culture and change management, which I have gained from my education at IMD Business School and IE Business School, and from my invited lectures at Porto Business School. I believe that having a consistent and authentic culture is the key to success for any company, and I strive to align our values, actions, and goals with those of our clients and stakeholders.
