An investigation into how business leaders can decrease employee turnover in the IT industry in Dublin. [2019-04-03] file_download
With 9 out of the 10 Top global software companies in Dublin, the ICT sector is thriving in Ireland with more than 105,000 people in 2016 up 40% from 2010, including other 12,000 people working for indigenous companies, producing more than €2 billion turnover per annum (The Irish Software Association, 2017). This situation has created a candidate driven market where turnover is high for companies having to fight to keep their staff overtime.

This presentation explores how business leaders can decrease employee turnover in such circumstances. The research done here is exploratory to find the best practices in the IT industry in Dublin.

This thesis by IPBN member Guillaume Hernoux was submitted in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Business Administration of Henley Business School.
